Jermaine Hill, Co-Founder
As the visionary for 3Prong Investment Group, Jermaine has been integral in shaping the direction of the company and executing on the 3Prong Investment strategy of land flipping, note creation and purchasing long-term assets. In 2014, Jermaine started real estate investing around his full-time career as a continuous improvement engineer for Hershey and Mondelez International. After success and growth in the real estate business, in 2018 Jermaine left his corporate career to transition into growing the real estate business full-time with his wife Faith. Jermaine’s vision and engineering training has been critical to seeing improvements on processes and systems, leading to steady growth in all 3 strategies of 3Prong Investment Group. Jermaine has completed over 200+ real estate transactions.

Faith Hill, Co-Founder
As the asset manager for 3Prong Investment Group, Faith’s dedication to operations has been important to strengthening the revenue performance on value-add assets. In 2014, Faith started real estate investing with her husband Jermaine on the side of her full-time employment as an attorney for a state government agency. In 2018, Faith transitioned to the real estate business full-time and has since been fully dedicated to increasing operational efficiencies and strengthening the cash flow performance of long-term assets. With her legal background, Faith uses her attention to detail and analytical skills to help with problem solving and ensuring that daily operations stay on track for the stated business objectives for each asset. Faith has managed over $2 million worth of assets.
